Summary
As the ICT Engagement Support Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the design, improvement, and adoption of enterprise information systems. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to deliver training, develop user resources, and provide ongoing support for digital solutions. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys facilitating change, enhancing digital literacy, and ensuring technology solutions meet the evolving needs of users across the organisation.
