About You (Selection Criteria)
We are seeking someone able to meet the following selection criteria:

• Ability to lead a KLA team and to successfully liaise with students, staff, parents and relevant organisations regarding Science/Agriculture curriculum and classroom

• Commitment to Catholic education and a clear understanding of the ethos of Catholic School

• Demonstrated ability to promote a culture of effort, engagement and excellence through the development of a positive, supportive student environment and related structures

• Developed understanding of a Professional Learning Community mindset and commitment to evidence-driven improvement for all students

• Qualifications and experience in teaching a range of Junior and Senior Science Courses

• Willingness to undertake administrative, curriculum and supervisory duties associated with the position
