Our Lady Queen of Peace Primary, Greystanes is seeking an inspiring and faith-filled Assistant Principal to join our vibrant and welcoming school community on a permanent full-time basis.

About the Opportunity

As Assistant Principal, you will play a key role in supporting the Principal to lead a thriving Catholic school community. You will contribute to the strategic leadership of the school through a strong focus on faith formation, learning and teaching, student wellbeing, and staff development.

You will:

  • Lead and support high-quality teaching and learning practices that improve student outcomes

  • Foster a strong Catholic culture and promote the mission and values of Catholic education

  • Build the capacity of staff through coaching, mentoring and professional learning

  • Work collaboratively as a member of the Senior Leadership Team to achieve school and system priorities
  • Develop positive partnerships with students, families, parish and the wider community
