Position Information
Hillvue Public School is a Connected Communities school in Tamworth with an enrolment of 466 students, 75% of whom identify as Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander. The school includes mainstream K–6 classes and seven support classes and is recognised for its strong focus on quality teaching, student wellbeing and community engagement.
The school delivers a range of innovative programs designed to support Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students and students from low socio-economic backgrounds, including transition programs, differentiated learning environments, wellbeing initiatives, cultural groups, creative arts enrichment, and the teaching of Gamilaraay language and culture.
