Staff are supported through weekly collaborative time to plan, review evidence of student learning, and work together on school goals and targets. We use a distributive leadership model and value staff contribution to the direction of the school. There are opportunities for teachers to lead and contribute to curriculum development, literacy improvement, moderation, instructional practice and whole-school initiatives.
