Role description
Join the SAC OSHC Team
SAC OSHC is seeking enthusiastic and caring Qualified Educators to join our vibrant Out of School Hours Care service. We have casual opportunities available across Before School Care, After School Care, Pupil Free Days and Vacation Care, with regular hours available for the right candidates and the potential to progress to a permanent part-time position.
We are particularly interested in applicants who:
Enjoy building positive relationships with children aged 4–12 years.
Demonstrate initiative and work effectively within a collaborative team.
Support the Mercy values of St Aloysius College and contribute positively to our school community.
Have experience or an interest in food preparation and food safety compliance (highly regarded).
Are available Monday to Friday afternoons during the school term.
Qualified educators will be supported to further develop their skills and may have opportunities to work towards becoming a Responsible Person within the service and paid according to current Enterprise Agreement.
Essential Requirements:
ACECQA-approved qualification to work as an Educator in South Australia.
Current Education students are encouraged to apply.
Additional Information
Before School Care - Monday to Friday (7:00-9:00am)
After School Care - Monday (2:00-6.00pm) and Tuesday to Friday (2:45-6.00pm)
Vacation Care operates from 8:00am-6:00pm the week before the start of the school year as well as during the Term 1, 2 and 3 school holidays, student-free days, early finishes and two weeks immediately following the last school day of the year in Term 4.
