Principal Consultant

Statewide Services provides the services and supports required by schools to enable student achievement, with a focus on those students and schools that need it most. It encompasses both school and system-facing service delivery. While it primarily exists to support schools, it also has an important system-facing role supporting strategy and policy development.

The Role

As a Principal Consultant you will provide high-level professional and strategic support for the effective development, implementation and coordination of projects, programs and initiatives. This includes developing and implementing strategies aimed at supporting whole-school approaches to improve the quality of teaching and learning. Additionally, you will undertake research, review and analyse of organisational policies, procedures and guidelines

The successful applicant will facilitate team processes to maintain working relationships within a variety of settings, building and maintaining networks with senior management and staff across other divisions, regions, networks, schools and the wider community.
