Are you passionate about supporting young children and their families to thrive in the early years of schooling?
The Department of Education is seeking a Family Support Coordinator (AO5) to work across Durack State School, Ripley Central State School and Woogaroo Creek State School as part of an innovative Early Years Learning Hub initiative.
Working with Prep to Year 2 students and their families, you will build strong partnerships between home, school and community services to strengthen attendance and reduce barriers to learning.
You will collaborate with school staff and external agencies to connect families with the right supports at the right time and contribute to positive outcomes for children in the critical early years of education.
