Permanent, Full-time position
Commencing ASAP by negotiation
Base Salary: $169,125.00 per annum
Are you an experienced education professional with strong analytical capability and a passion for using data to improve student outcomes? Do you enjoy working with school leaders to turn information into meaningful insight and action?
Catholic Education Diocese of Bathurst (CEDB) is seeking a skilled and collaborative Education Officer: School Improvement and Data to provide system-level leadership and operational expertise in the collection, analysis and use of educational data across the Diocese.
This role is ideal for an experienced educator or school improvement professional who can confidently analyse complex data, support evidence-informed decision-making, and work closely with schools and system leaders to strengthen student learning, wellbeing and improvement outcomes.

About the role
Reporting to the Head of School Improvement, Governance, Data and Policy, the Education Officer: School Improvement and Data provides leadership and practical support in the use of educational data to inform strategic planning, improvement processes and system-wide decision-making.
