Role description
Ballara Park Kindergarten is seeking a dedicated and passionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our enthusiastic team of educators. The successful applicant will;
* Develop and implement a high-quality preschool program in collaboration with the team
* Lean and Support the learning environment and educator team
* Plan and supervise children in accordance with the National Quality Framework (NQF) and Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
* Engage in regular and site-directed documentation of children's learning, including reflective practice and planning
* Positively Support children across areas including behavioural management, disability, and speech and language delays.
* Maintain a high level of communication and collaboration within a team environment
* Uphold the values, ethos, policies, procedures, and the Code of Ethics of the Department for Education.
* Ensure a safe and inclusive environment at all times.
* Hold a qualifications in special education or relevant fields, or equivalent experience working with children with neurodiversity.
