Role description


This is a permanent part-time (0.6FTE) position commencing Term 3, 2026

The Role

The Enrolment and Administration Support Officer will play an important role in supporting the effective operation of the school through the delivery of high‑quality, accurate enrolment processing and administrative support. The successful applicant should display proven experience in enrolment administration, with strong working knowledge of Student Information Systems (SIS) and Compass.

The role ideally provides a broad range of enrolment and administrative support to the Principal and Deputy Principals, along with administrative support to the Manager Corporate Services and the wider administration team. The successful applicant should have the capacity to manage competing priorities while consistently maintaining a high level of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism.
