Role description
We are seeking to establish a pool of Special Needs Education Assistants for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Founded in 1966, Castletown Primary School (PS) is a Level 5, Independent Public School for students in Kindergarten to Year 6. Castletown PS is situated 720 kilometres from Perth in the picturesque coastal town of Esperance, in the Goldfields–Esperance region. The school caters for approximately 500 students with the population drawn from rural and town communities.
We offer a diverse range of learning programs, ensuring that every student develops the knowledge and skills to become confident, independent learners. From specialised programs in Art, Science, Physical Education, Indonesian and Technologies, to our focus on Numeracy and Literacy.
