Primary objective
Provide leadership and management, ensuring compliance with regulations by liaising with Harts Range School Principal, and facilitating educator training, coaching, and feedback. Prioritise the safety and well-being of children and staff when leading age-appropriate programming and implementation. Effective communication with families through transparent and authentic partnerships. Financial and administrative management.
Context statement
Atitjere Creche is a CCCFR early childhood service provided by Harts Range School for families and children 6 months to 5 years within Atitjere/Harts Rage community of central region of the NT. Atitjere is located on Eastern Arrernte country. In 2026 the service looks to expand it session times beyond weekday mornings to utilise the knowledge, skills and experience of its local workforce.
