Make a lasting difference. Teach where relationships matter!
About Us
At Warakirri College, we educate young people aged 15–22 who have disengaged from mainstream schooling—often due to anxiety, depression, or social disadvantage. Our students are capable, curious, and resilient. They simply need the right environment and dedicated, passionate educators to thrive.
We are seeking an inspirational HSIE/English Teacher to join our expanding Distance Education program. Currently based at our Campbelltown North campus and moving to a purpose-built home in Cabramatta in 2027.
Our DE program currently delivers live classes and 1:1 support via Zoom to 160 students and continues to grow. We use Canvas as our learning management system and Google Workspace for Education, creating a connected online learning environment. A couple of times a term our DE students come on site to attend lessons in person and receive individual support from our dedicated and passionate staff.
