About the role
St Augustine’s College Kyabram is seeking a Human Resources (HR) OHS & Compliance Officer to join our friendly school environment. This is an exciting Ongoing Full Time opportunity to be part of Catholic Education in the Sandhurst Diocese.
The Human Resources (HR) OHS & Compliance Officer provides timely, accurate advice, information and support to management and staff on a range of Human Resources (HR) Management related policies, procedures, systems and Occupational Health & Safety (OHS) and Compliance. The role overseas;
Human Resources: Managing employment contracts, leave obligations, and staff enquires.
OHS: Leading emergency management, workplace risk assessments, safety inductions, hazard reporting, and WorkSafe compliance.
Compliance: Updating policies, allocation and monitoring of mandatory training and maintaining record-keeping standards.

- Classification: (CEMEA 2022) ESO Cat C 4.1-4.6
- FTE / Hours per fortnight: 76 hours per fortnight
- Employment Status: Ongoing
- Location: Kyabram
- Other Requirements: WWCC, National Police Check
- Potential start date: ASAP or by negotiation
