About the Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for Inclusive Education Support Officers to join us at Gleeson College!
As a member of our inclusive education team, you'll play a vital role in supporting teachers and fostering a positive learning environment for students. If you are passionate about education, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working with students, we encourage you to apply.
A casual curriculum ESO is paid at a rate of $46.92/hour. The successful candidate will need to work at least 3 days per week between 8:45am to 3:20pm during the time period 20 July to 25 September.

Your Responsibilities:
As our Inclusive Education Support Officer at Gleeson College, you will:
- Build strong connections with students who have diverse learning needs, guiding and supporting them throughout their secondary education.
- Support students with additional needs to thrive in the classroom.
- Build professional relationships with staff, collaborating to support student learning.
- Engage in school life by accompanying students on events, excursions, and camps.
You:
- Have a Certificate IV in Education Support (or equivalent) and/or relevant demonstrated knowledge and experience in a comparable role. We welcome students studying to be a teacher to apply.
