Role

The Food Tecnhology Assistant provides high-level operational and technical support to the Food Technology program. The role is responsible for coordinating food preparation, stock management, food safety compliance and the effective functioning of food rechnology facilities. This position requires a high degree of independence, initiative and organisation to ensure all practical classes are fully resourced and that systems and processes support the efficient delivery of the curriculum.
