IT Manager

Selection Criteria

KSC1  Proven ability to manage IT helpdesk staff, work with leadership to recruit, select, orient, and train IT employees; demonstrate strong interpersonal skills and maintain a safe and secure work environment;

KSC2  Proven ability to maintain and support an organization's effectiveness and efficiency by defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing information technologies.

KSC3  Research and recommend information technology strategies, policies, and procedures by evaluating organization outcomes; identifying problems; evaluating trends; consulting with Curriculum Leadership; anticipating requirements. 

KSC4  Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; benchmarking state-of-the-art practices; participating in professional societies.

KSC5  Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.  Manages and maintains the following technologies HP / Cisco  networking technology, Palo Alto firewalls, Edustar, VIVI, CASES21, Compass, MS Office SaaS, internal college communication systems.
