1. Experience Supporting Students with Diverse Learning Needs
Previous experience in classrooms, early childhood, disability support, or similar settings desirable.

2. Capacity to Follow Direction and Established Protocols
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under teacher/coach guidance.
Commitment to learning and applying structured SBT procedures with fidelity.
3. Strong Interpersonal Skills
Ability to build rapport with students through warmth, playfulness, and positive interactions.
Clear communication skills with staff and students.
4. Understanding of Inclusive Practice and Student Safety
Awareness of student dignity, trauma-informed practice, and DET child safety requirements.
Commitment to supporting safe, respectful, and inclusive learning environments.
5. Willingness to Participate in Training
Openness to coaching and reflective practice.

We are seeking a compassionate, enthusiastic, and reliable Education Support (ES) Level 1- 2 staff member to join our team as a Skills-Based Treatment (SBT) Implementer.
