Role description


This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026

The Role

The Student Support Coordinator, in collaboration with other Youth Hub staff, will also identify and deliver evidence based social/emotional programs to support identified student learning needs. Prior experience supporting students through mentoring, school engagement and case management will be considered favourably.

The Student Support Coordinator will ideally work collaboratively with the Youth Hub team to assist in implementing intervention strategies which provide a proactive support service for students, their family members and staff. This should include developing, implementing and monitoring preventative programs to support student success.
