Role description
We are seeking to establish a pool of Education Assistant - Special Needs for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role
As an Education Assistant – Special Needs you would under teacher direction, assist in the implementation of specialised education programs and interventions and maintain a supportive, inclusive education program to meet the specific needs of students. Suitable applicants will ideally possess good interpersonal and communication skills and a positive and professional manner. They should have the ability to use their initiative to assist the teacher with the general care and wellbeing of students and maintenance of the learning environment.
