Role description
We are seeking to establish a pool of School Officers for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.
Hilton Primary School (PS) is situated on beautiful, spacious, sustainably managed grounds with multiple play areas and outdoor classrooms. The Role
We are seeking friendly, positive and motivated School Officers to join our administration team in a key role supporting parent engagement, office operations and school communications.
As one of the first points of contact for families and visitors, suitable applicants will play an important role in building positive, respectful and supportive relationships between home and school.
This role would suit applicants who thrive in a busy and collaborative environment, ideally have strong organisational skills and attention to detail, and are committed to building strong connections between the school, families and the wider community
Duties may include providing administrative support across a range of front office functions, including:
- Processing student enrolments for mainstream students,
- Maintaining accurate student records and data entry using systems such as SIS, Compass
