The Role

An exciting and unique opportunity exists for a dedicated, reflective and relational leader to join the supportive leadership team at Baldivis Secondary College as Deputy Principal.

As Deputy Principal, you will lead the college’s Instructional Excellence portfolio, ensuring staff are empowered to deliver high-quality teaching and learning. You will coordinate and strengthen support for staff in the areas of Classroom Management Strategies (CMS), instructional coaching, and classroom observation and feedback, while also providing professional learning, mentoring and support in Teaching for Impact, Advancement Via Individual Determination (AVID), and student engagement practices.
