St John’s Regional College is seeking a dynamic and passionate Sports Academy Leader to lead the continued growth and excellence of our Sports Academy Program and our participation in the Southern Independent Schools (SIS) Association.
About the Role
The Sports Academy Leader is responsible for developing a strong culture of participation, excellence, and high performance in sport across Years 7–12.
This role provides leadership in program development and management, student engagement, coaching and mentorship, performance monitoring, and strategic planning, while also strengthening community and industry partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
The Sports Academy Leader is responsible for leading the development and delivery of the Sports Academy Program (Years 7–12) in alignment with the College’s Vision and Strategic Plan, fostering a strong culture of participation, excellence, and high performance in sport.
The role oversees the coordination of training schedules, teams, carnivals, and SIS sporting competitions.
