St John’s Regional College is a Catholic, co-educational College in the Lasallian and Presentation traditions, serving the parishes of Dandenong, Doveton, Endeavour Hills, Noble Park and Hampton Park
About the role
We are seeking a motivated, professional and enthusiastic Casual Administration Assistant to provide administrative support across the College on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who thrives in a busy environment and is committed to delivering friendly and efficient support to staff, students and families
The successful applicant will demonstrate:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- High attention to detail and demonstrated problem-solving ability
- Experience using contemporary software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro and database/accounting programs
- The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
- A professional presentation with a positive, flexible and can-do attitude
- A commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and outstanding customer service
