About the role 

We are seeking a motivated, professional and enthusiastic Casual Administration Assistant to provide administrative support across the College on an as-needed basis. This role is ideal for a highly organised individual who thrives in a busy environment and is committed to delivering friendly and efficient support to staff, students and families

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

• Strong administrative and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• High attention to detail and demonstrated problem-solving ability
• Experience using contemporary software applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro and database/accounting programs
• The ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
• A professional presentation with a positive, flexible and can-do attitude
• A commitment to confidentiality, professionalism and outstanding customer service
