About the role
About the role
As the first point of contact for many prospective families, the Enrolment Officer plays a key role in guiding families through the enrolment journey and promoting the College as a welcoming and thriving learning community.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing enrolment enquiries, applications and offers
- Coordinating tours, interviews and orientation activities
- Maintaining accurate enrolment records and data
- Supporting scholarship and bursary administration
- Building relationships with prospective families and feeder schools
- Assisting with Open Days and community events
About You
You will demonstrate:
- Experience in enrolments, admissions or customer engagement
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong administrative capability and attention to detail
- Experience using databases, CRM or student management systems (ideally Enrol HQ)
- A warm, professional and highly organised approach
