About the Role
The Human Resources Manager is a senior administrative leader responsible for overseeing all Human Resource functions across the College. This role supports the Principal and Executive Team in delivering effective HR processes, ensuring compliance, and fostering positive employee relations.
Reporting to the Business Manager, the Human Resources Manager works closely with senior leaders to support recruitment, staffing compliance, and workforce planning for both teaching and professional staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead staff recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes
- Manage HR administration and employee lifecycle processes
- Provide guidance and support in employee relations matters
- Oversee staff compliance and mandatory requirements (e.g. Child Safe, OHS, First Aid, Anaphylaxis, Mandatory Reporting, Code of Conduct)
- Coordinate staff training in OHS, Equal Opportunity, and Privacy
- Maintain accurate and confidential staff records
- Support leadership with workforce planning and HR compliance
