About the role

Whitefriars College is a Catholic boys’ school in the Carmelite tradition. We are currently seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, dedicated and engaging Learning Diversity Case Manager, commencing Term 3, 2026.

The Learning Diversity Case Manager is a qualified teacher who has additional qualifications or experience in additional needs, learning support or intervention.

The Learning Diversity Case Manager plays a key role in ensuring students with diverse learning needs are supported to fully access and participate in the curriculum. Working collaboratively with teachers, House Leaders, families, and allied professionals, the role implements targeted, evidence-based strategies to enhance student learning and wellbeing.

Operating within a Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework, the Learning Diversity Case Manager leads and supports Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions, contributes to the development and monitoring of Personalised Learning Plans, liaises with classroom teachers to support the development of modified curriculum plans and runs Students Support Group meetings. They use a range of data sources to report on student needs and plan programs and adjustments. Case Managers play a pivotal role in supporting evidence gathering for the NCCD.  The role also includes a classroom teaching load and active engagement in the broader life of the College.

This is an ongoing position, commencing 13 July 2026.
