Role description


This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026

Lesmurdie Senior High School (SHS) has an established reputation where all students are motivated to achieve excellence in their academic, sporting and cultural endeavours. The Role

Lesmurdie SHS is seeking to appoint a dynamic and passionate Head of Learning Area (HOLA) in Humanities and Social Studies (HASS) who is ideally responsive to change and caters to the learning styles of twenty first century students.

As HOLA - HASS you will become part of our committed Leadership Team and work collaboratively with staff, students and the wider school community to provide educational leadership through developing and promoting the school’s vision and strategic directions. You will ideally be an outstanding educator and be willing to take on significant levels of accountability.
