Role description


We are seeking to establish a pool of Education Assistants Special (EASN) Needs for permanent and fixed term, full-time and part-time vacancies which may arise during the 2026 school year and up to the end of Term 2, 2027. Appointments may be offered at any time for vacancies that commence during this period.

The Role

As EASN, suitable applicants will assist the teacher in delivery planned education programs and encouraging a supportive and inclusive learning environment. This includes the operation of computers and digital technologies, and implementation of individual student or small group programs or demonstrations.

Part of the role as EASN includes providing feedback when required on education and therapy programs and participate in the evaluations process relating to student progress. Ideally, applicants will be flexible and experienced in supporting needs of students with self-regulation of behaviour and social and emotional responses.
