- Knowledge of the unique needs of women in the criminal justice system, especially First Nations women (including intersectional issues of mental health and wellbeing, trauma, domestic and family violence, substance issues, and parenting responsibilities etc).
- Experience in the design, delivery and review of vocational education training programs to individuals and groups
