We are seeking an experienced and passionate HSIE Teacher to join our dedicated team for a 12-month maternity leave position, commencing in Term 3, 2026. The successful applicant will be an enthusiastic educator who fosters academic excellence, demonstrates a passion for teaching and learning, and is committed to supporting students in achieving their full potential.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching HSIE subjects, with a particular focus on Stage 6 Business Studies.

The successful candidate will:

• Deliver engaging and high-quality teaching and learning experiences across HSIE subjects.
• Demonstrate a strong ability to teach Stage 6 Business Studies.
• Plan, prepare, assess, and report on student learning in accordance with NESA requirements.
• Apply effective classroom management strategies to foster a positive and productive learning environment.
• Use data-informed practices to enhance student learning outcomes.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support faculty initiatives and whole-school programs.
