About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for a high-level Executive Assistant to join the John Paul College community. The Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial and Operations Officer provides high-level executive and administrative support to the Chief Financial and Operations Officer on a day-to-day basis.

This is a full-time contract position, commencing July 2026, until July 2027.

About the Role
From diary and correspondence management, to acting as the first point of contact, this role will be responsible for supporting the strategic direction of the College and assisting the Chief Financial and Operations Officer in achieving KPIs and desired outcomes for the College.

The successful applicant for this position will be required to undertake several concurrent tasks, demonstrating excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills while contributing to a positive, professional, and collaborative work environment.

This role will also be responsible for:

•               General meeting administration including preparation of agenda, papers, and minutes.

•               Management of engagements, events, meetings, functions, and associated briefings for the Chief Financial and Operations Officer.

•               Attending to the resolution of matters expeditiously, proactively, and following-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressures.
