This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 3, 2026.

The Role
Hampton SHS is seeking an organised, innovative and motivated individual to fill the position of Program Coordinator - Academic Performance. The position has a whole school focus with an operational and strategic component, combined with an intervention teaching component working with identified small groups of students. E.g. students who have not achieved their Online Literacy and Numeracy Assessment (OLNA) for a given time period.
Ideally, the successful applicant will have experience in the strategic and operational aspects of the role listed below.
