Role description


This is a permanent full-time position commencing Term 1, 2027

Lesmurdie Senior High School (SHS) has an established reputation where all students are motivated to achieve excellence in their academic, sporting and cultural endeavours. The Role

As Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for monitoring and reporting on students in relation to, attendance, behaviour, social/emotional wellbeing, educational engagement, and Students at Educational Risk. This role is an integral part of our Student Services Team, and the successful applicant will ideally display their ability to motivate and lead by example. You would provide support to teachers and curriculum leaders in student wellbeing and work in a collaborative team to meet all Schools Curriculum and Standards Authority requirements through various strategies such as targeted intervention and student case management.
