Role description
Diverse Learning Coordinator 2
Nagle College College, Blacktown is a vibrant and future-focused Catholic secondary school committed to excellence in girls education. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Diverse Learning Coordinator 2 to join our team on a full-time Permanent basis. In this role you will lead the Diverse Learning Team at the college, ensuring excellent practice and the provision of individualised learning and wellbeing support for students with diverse needs.

The successful candidate will
Lead the Diverse Learning Team to support inclusive learning and wellbeing practices
Develop and oversee personalised learning plans, adjustments and support pathways
Coordinate CSNSW Personalised Plans for Students with Disabilities
Support differentiated teaching and personalised learning for students in Years 7–12
Use data and evidence-informed practices to improve student outcomes
Collaborate with staff to build inclusive teaching capacity across the college
Demonstrate strong skills in programming, assessment, reporting and feedback
Support students requiring Life Skills courses, special provisions and transition planning
Integrate contemporary and technology-rich learning practices
