The opportunity 
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Compliance and WHS Manager to lead and coordinate the College’s risk, compliance, health and safety, and Child Safe functions. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining robust policies, procedures, and frameworks.

Working directly with the Director People, Culture and Compliance and in close collaboration with College leadership and key stakeholders, you will ensure ongoing compliance with legislative requirements, Child Safe Standards, NESA Registration, and broader sector expectations.

This position is integral to supporting our workforce, safeguarding children and young people, and driving a culture of continuous improvement across the College.
