Permanent Mathematics Teacher
Term 3, 2026 start – full-time permanent position
We are seeking an experienced and inspirational Mathematics teacher to join our collaborative, forward-thinking department from Term 3 2026, in a full-time, permanent capacity.
The key responsibilities of the position include (but are not limited to):
- Plan and deliver high-quality lessons across Years 7-12 which inspire a love of mathematics in our students
- Develop innovative and engaging teaching resources and assessments to support student learning and build confidence and curiosity in numeracy
- Provide individualised feedback and support to students, helping them reach their full potential
- Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and continuously improve teaching methods.
Successful applicants will have:
- Relevant teaching qualifications and NESA accreditation (Stage 6 Advanced experience desirable)
- Strong subject matter expertise, with the ability to interpret data to adapt teaching methodologies to engage different learning styles
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents and colleagues
- A passion for ongoing professional development and commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest pedagogy and technologies
- A collaborative and solution-orientated mindset, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
