Role description
The Opportunity
Holy Family Catholic School is seeking enthusiastic Educator - Curriculum (ESO) to join our school. As an Educator Curriculum, you will work closely with teaching staff in supporting students’ diverse educational needs in the classroom.
Multiple permanent position, with working hours 8.30am-3.30pm Monday to Friday during school terms and week prior to start of school year.
Key responsibilities include:
- Actively support and contribute to the Catholic Identity of the school and be willing to participate in all aspects of school life
- Provide support to children with diverse learning needs, ensuring they receive the assistance they need to succeed
- Implement inclusive, child-centered approaches to support each student's unique learning journey
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff members to create an optimal learning environment
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualised education plans (PPLs)
- Support classroom activities, helping to create an engaging and accessible learning experience for all students
About You
We are seeking someone who:
- A Certificate III in Education Support (or equivalent) and/or relevant demonstrated knowledge and experience in a comparable role.
- Demonstrated ability to support students across literacy, numeracy, and other learning areas.
- Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships with students, staff, and the wider school community.
