Primary objective
The Senior Reporting and Performance Analyst provides high level advice and leadership on complex issues in relation to appropriate analysis, reporting, and data collection methodologies related to NT schools, education and training programs, policies and research projects. This position is also responsible for project management and policy development to support the department’s commitment to evidence-based practice.
Context statement
The Strategic Reporting and Performance unit within the Strategic Services branch is the centre of expertise for data, working with other data teams in policy areas. The unit provides quality control over data used for publication and reporting to other agencies, including ministerial correspondence. The unit is the lead for NT submissions to national collections and strategic reporting; performance reporting to Education and Training Executive Board; and for tracking key performance measures.
