Role description
Location Profile
We are currently seeking a highly motived person to join our student wellbeing team. This role will primarily be out of the classroom supporting students across the school. There might be some class coverage (when required), but the primary focus will be on supporting wellbeing with the majority of the time spent out of the class.
The successful applicant will work closely with the students, staff and families of students in Year 4, 5 and 6, leading this area of the school. They will work closely with our two current wellbeing leaders:
- Leading Teacher (Wellbeing) for Prep/ DI

Leading Teacher (Wellbeing) for Year 1, 2 and 3
The wellbeing leaders are responsible for a significant area of the school, this may include Social and Emotional Learning, Life Skills, Student Engagement Programs, Attendance etc.
Cranbourne Park Primary School started the SWPBS journey in Term 2, 2026. In this short time, we have already seen a lot of success. We set clear and consistent expectations of students and support all students to be the best that they can be.
Cranbourne Park Primary School was built in the early 1960s. It is located in the heart of Cranbourne and services the City of Casey.
