SC1 Demonstrated capacity to coordinate careers and pathways programs, including supporting students and staff within established school guidelines and frameworks.
SC2 Demonstrated capacity to work collaboratively with staff, families, external providers and community organisations to support positive student pathways outcomes.
SC3 Demonstrated capacity to communicate effectively with students, staff, families and external stakeholders, including high-level verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
SC4 Demonstrated capacity to apply technical knowledge, and expertise relating to careers education, VCE / VM, VET, SBATs, tertiary pathways and employment opportunities for young people.
SC5 Demonstrated capacity to provide advice and support to school leadership and staff in relation to student pathways, career development and post-school transition planning.
