KSC1 Demonstrated high level ability to perform and implement daily organisation procedures at a school
KSC2 Demonstrated ability to work independently, flexibly, and constructively in a team ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the work environment as well as working creatively and proactively to enhance work systems, practices and relationships across a school.
KSC3 Demonstrated high level written and oral communication skills and high level interpersonal skills with an ability to relate effectively and sensitively with teaching and support staff as well as students, parents, external providers and the wider community.
KSC4 Well-developed organisational skills with a demonstrated ability for effective time management, ability to meet deadlines, multi-tasking, and establishing priorities, procedures and guidelines relating to the work area
KSC5 Demonstrated knowledge and practical use of computer software such as Compass to assist with program administration in schools, e.g. timetable, attendance, etc.
KSC 6 Demonstrated understanding of Department processes and policies with regards to attendance
