Selection Criteria

SC1    Demonstrated capacity to lead an office team, including capacity for directing the work of others.

SC2    Demonstrated knowledge and experience in respect to human resource, occupational health and safety, facility management and financial management records systems.

SC3   Sound knowledge of financial management legal requirements and practices, including the capacity to produce reports and provide advice in respect to those reports as well as the legal and DET requirements around OHS, facilities and HR.

SC4    High level organisational and management skills, including the capacity to prioritise workflows and manage large teams with a variety of responsibilities and portfolios.

SC5    Exemplary written and verbal communication skills.

SC6    Demonstrated ability to make significant contributions towards strategic decision making including the provision of high-level advice to the Principal and work as part of the college leadership team

Role

Some attendance during the holidays will be required for this position.

An education support class position at level 2 will have a primary responsibility for the management of significant areas or functions within the school to support the educational services being provided to students.  In exercising the responsibility an education support class position at level 2 will have the authority to make all significant decisions relating to the program, budget and staff relating to their area of designated responsibility within the framework of the school's strategic plan, policies and budget but must not include duties of t…
