Selection Criteria
Selection CriteriaDemonstrated ability to manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed within required timelines in a busy environment.
Experience supporting facilities, maintenance or operational processes, including the coordination of requests, contractors or service providers.
Experience undertaking financial administration tasks, including accounts payable, purchasing, invoicing or procurement processes, with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff, contractors and external providers and provide effective support to others.
Demonstrated ability to work independently, use initiative and contribute to improvements in systems and processes within established guidelines.
Demonstrated proficiency in the use of computer software and administrative systems, with the capacity to learn Department and school-based systems, including AIMS.
