Queensland Pathways State College is seeking an experienced and dedicated Guidance Officer to work across our Goodna and Bundamba campuses.

You will work in alignment with Guidance Officers at other campuses to provide professional expertise, leadership and support to your campuses and the broader school community, developing and implementing plans, programs, and procedures to support students in achieving positive educational, developmental and lifelong learning outcomes.

You will focus on prevention and proactive intervention; respond to identified personal, social, emotional and educational needs; and work collaboratively with students and stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes.
