The School provides opportunities for young people to thrive in an educational setting tailored to support their learning and belonging. The School currently caters for 80, Stage 5 and 6 students offering a NESA curriculum which enables students to attain their ROSA and HSC.
As a Special Assistance School, Gateway Community High offers small class sizes and a supportive, flexible, engaging and practical learning environment for motivated students that have not thrived in mainstream settings. We aim to reconnect students with their education, help them set a new direction and build their skills and knowledge for future success.
The School is part of a growing movement of special assistance schools. We are student-centred, with a holistic focus on wellbeing. We are not a registered behavioural or special school.
