Role description
Our school is comprised of 4 distinct campuses; a girls' only campus (7-12) a state of the art purpose-built facility, middle campus (7-9), senior campus (10-12) and a special education campus (7-12), organised in Learning Communities co-located on one school site.
The school caters for 1700 students. RMSC is a world class IB School, currently delivering the IB Middle Years Program, an internationally recognised program for students in years 7-10. We are one of 5 public schools to offer the IB Diploma.
Our school is committed to stretching and challenging every learner and developing high levels of connectedness and engagement.
In the pursuit of excellence in teaching and learning, we are also strongly committed to building a positive respectful culture to ensure high quality learning outcomes. There is much cultural diversity in our school, with over 70% of our students from non-English speaking backgrounds. This adds much diversity and richness to our school.
All students and staff actively practice our positive behaviours developed by our students and staff - Resilience, Kindness, Responsibility, Courage, and Curiosity.
The school is currently seeking a dynamic and high performing leader to join our innovative team.
