Position Details
Pre-Primary Education Assistant
Our Lady of Grace Primary School is a three stream co-educational school catering for approximately 700 students from Pre-Kindy to Year Six. Staff work collaboratively to serve the students. This position may be negotiable to part-time for the suitable candidate.
Selection Criteria
• Demonstrate a passion for working in a play based environment for Early Childhood students.
• Have skills and experience in engaging with and catering for students with diverse needs and developing positive relationships
• Well developed communication and interpersonal skills to assist in establishing and maintaining close working relationships with students, staff and families.
• Show initiative, work independently, and contribute actively to a dynamic team environment and embrace the concept of continuous learning.
• Model and maintain the Catholic ethos and traditions of Our Lady of Grace.
• Maintain a high standard of confidentiality.
Qualification required
A Certificate III or IV Teacher Assistant Qualification. (Special Needs would be advantageous)
