Selection Criteria
Our Lady of Mercy College is seeking a passionate and faith-filled leader to join our College Leadership Team as Head of Catholic Identity.
This key leadership role is responsible for fostering and strengthening the Catholic Identity of the College through liturgy, prayer, retreats, spiritual development and faith formation. Working closely with the Vice Principal, Heads of Year, House Coordinators, Religious Education staff and local Parishes, the successful applicant will lead and coordinate meaningful faith experiences across the College community.
